This Agreement is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations in relation to this site (the “Rachel Howarth Design site “) and the products offered by us through it (“Rachel Howarth Design Products”). When ordering, ensure you read through the this Agreement and by placing an order you are accepting the terms and entering into a contract with us on the terms of this Agreement. Rachel Howarth Design Products
All products featured on the site are subject to availability. If a Rachel Howarth Design product becomes out of stock at the time we receive the order, we will inform you as soon as possible and issue a full refund if payment has been received.
While we endeavour to make sure that the Rachel Howarth Design products are displayed as accurately as possible and descriptions are exact for each item; please allow for a variant on each fabric measurement, (up to 2cm+/-) and also colour variants due to computer display drivers on different systems. You can request an Aluminium Sample from Rachel Howarth Design if you need to colour match in your interior. Contact for details.
Orders and Delivery
We aim to send out orders for delivery within 2 working days but we will inform you if there is an unforeseen significant delay. Delivery is free of charge with orders over £100 in the UK mainland and will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery/Signed for or a tracked courier delivery which will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Aluminium Art products are Made to Order so lead time for these are 3-4 weeks unless we have stock available. We will contact you when the artworks are ready to be sent out to you.
Delivery times will vary according to how quickly Royal Mail or the courier delivers; we recommend placing your orders early at particularly busy times of year (such as Christmas) to make allowance for delivery delays.
We reserve the right to decline to fulfill orders for any reason, including a Rachel Howarth Design product which has been mis-published, such as it's price or specification. Please also note that we will not be responsible for orders which go missing after delivery.
Should you change your mind about an order after it has been placed, please contact Rachel directly via phone or email to cancel an order. Where an item has not already been dispatched, Rachel Howarth Designs will cancel and refund the order placed. If it has gone past that stage and the order has been dispatched, you can follow the returns procedure and return the order, once received, to Rachel Howarth Design address as above. The cost of return will be at the customer's expense. Please retain a certificate of posting from your post office or a record of the tracking number as proof of postage. Risk of Damage in Transit
Rachel Howarth Designs carries the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them. Once received and paid for in full, the products belong to (you) the customer. If the products need to be returned to Rachel Howarth Design for any reason, they will be Rachel Howarth Design property from the time we receive them back.
You, the customer, acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Rachel Howarth Design site and Rachel Howarth Design Products are owned by us. It is easy to copy material which appears on web-sites, but this does not mean it is legal.
Changes to this Agreement
Rachel Howarth Design reserves the right to change this Agreement from time to time, and update the Agreement on the site at any time. Once it is updated on the site, any orders placed afterwards will have to follow the updated Agreement even if you are a returning customer.
